1. What Clout Clock Is (and Is Not)

Clout Clock is a gamified clout leaderboard. Site owners list their site and compete to stay on top of the board. You don't buy traffic — you buy clout, the ranking points that push your listing higher. We never promise any number of visitors, clicks, or sales. All attention is genuine and opt-in — real people look at the board and decide what to visit.

2. Eligibility & Listing Your Site

Anyone can submit a link for free. The first submission for a domain creates its listing and grants 250 starting clout. One listing per domain. Whoever submits a domain first decides which page it opens, and duplicates are rejected. You must own or control the site you list, and the information you provide must be accurate and not misleading.

3. How Clout Works

Every approved listing loses 1 clout per day at midnight UTC — the "clock." Clicks and visits do not burn clout. The only way to lose clout is time. At 0 clout your listing becomes "Unranked" and falls off the leaderboard until you buy more clout. The board sorts listings by clout, top to bottom. Higher clout means higher visibility.

4. Buying Clout Packs

You buy clout to maintain rank and visibility — not visitors. Packs: 100 clout for $5, 250 clout for $10, 500 clout for $18, 1,000 clout for $30, and 2,500 clout for $60. Bought clout adds to your balance and never expires. Clout is virtual currency used only inside Clout Clock — it has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

5. Referrals

Every listing has a referral link. When a new visitor lists their own site on Clout Clock through your link, you earn +5 clout. The referee must list and verify their site for the reward to count. One reward per visitor IP per listing, ever. Referrals are capped at 3 per week (15 clout max) — but every referral still counts toward your Top Supporters visibility, even beyond the cap. Fake or bot signups don't count.

6. Affiliate Program

Affiliates who bring new users to Clout Clock earn a 15% commission on any clout those users buy — for the life of the account. A referred user is "theirs" permanently. Single-tier only; no multi-level commissions. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Clout Clock (e.g., with #ad or "affiliate link").

7. No Guarantees, Warranties or Endorsements

Clout Clock is a gamified leaderboard, not an advertising platform or traffic broker. Clout reflects attention and participation inside the Clout Clock community. It does not measure real-world revenue, sales, leads, or website traffic.

We do not guarantee that your listing will:

• receive any specific number of views, clicks, or visitors;
• improve your search-engine ranking or SEO;
• produce sales, sign-ups, or any other business outcome;
• stay at any particular position on the leaderboard; or
• remain on the leaderboard at all.

A higher clout score or higher leaderboard position is not an endorsement by Clout Clock of your product, service, or business. We do not verify the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any listed site. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

Clout Clock only works if everyone plays by the same rules. We actively monitor for behavior that breaks the game or harms other users.

You may not:

• use bots, scripts, click farms, automated tools, or any artificial means to generate clout, shares, referrals, views, or clicks;
• create multiple accounts or listings for the same site or person to stack bonuses, referrals, or clout;
• coordinate with other users to trade clout, votes, referrals, or leaderboard positions;
• buy, sell, trade, or transfer Clout Clock accounts or clout outside the platform;
• use fake, misleading, or impersonating site information when you list your site;
• submit a site you do not own or control without permission from the owner;
• list sites that promote illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, malware, phishing, scams, sexually explicit content, or violence;
• harass, abuse, spam, or threaten other users or Clout Clock staff;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse API limits, or exploit bugs in the service;
• interfere with another user's account, listing, or clout balance; or
• do anything else that, in our judgment, undermines fairness, security, or the integrity of the leaderboard.

How we enforce: First suspected violation — we may warn you, remove artificial clout, or temporarily freeze the suspicious activity. Repeated or serious violations — we may suspend or permanently terminate your account and forfeit any unpaid affiliate or referral balances tied to the abuse. We may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities or payment processors. You can appeal any enforcement action by contacting us at support@cloutclock.com.

Our enforcement framework: We use an automated system that monitors for suspicious activity (bots, rate-limit abuse, referral rings, and other manipulation) and flags it for review. 9. Removals, Suspension & Termination

We can remove a site listing, suspend an account, or terminate your access to Clout Clock at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Rules, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law; your site content is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights; we receive a valid complaint about your listing; we need to protect the security or integrity of the platform; or we discontinue the service.

When we remove a listing, your listing and any associated public data will no longer appear on the leaderboard, and any unused purchased clout will be forfeited unless a refund is required by law. If you believe your listing or account was removed by mistake, contact support@cloutclock.com within 30 days with an explanation. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

10. Refund Policy

Clout packs are digital, instantly delivered products. Once clout is added to your account, it generally cannot be returned.

When we do refund:

• If your payment was accidentally duplicated due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• If you never received the clout you paid for and we confirm the failure on our side, we will either credit your account or refund the charge.
• If we terminate or suspend your account for a violation of these Rules, no refund will be issued for any unused clout or recent purchases.
• If required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, we will honor that law's refund rights.

To request a refund, email support@cloutclock.com within 14 days of purchase with your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clout Clock and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Clout Clock in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as fraud, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Talk first. If you have a dispute with Clout Clock, please email support@cloutclock.com with a clear description of the problem. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Small claims court. Either you or Clout Clock may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

No class actions. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action.

13. Privacy & Data

What is public. When you list your site, your site name, URL, logo, tagline, category, and public screenshot become visible on the leaderboard and may be indexed by search engines.

What is not public. Your email address, payment details, and analytics data are not publicly displayed. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

14. Intellectual Property & Content License

You keep ownership of your site name, logo, trademarks, and content. By listing your site, you grant Clout Clock a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content solely to operate and promote the leaderboard. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your listing does not infringe any third-party rights.

15. Changes to Rules

We may update these Rules from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the site and, if you have an account, email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Clout Clock after the effective date means you accept the updated Rules.
